We will work with you to help you along the way to selling the contents of a home. Hosting an estate sale can be an overwhelming process so why not let us deal with customers, charge credit cards and organize the event.
- Meet with you to work out the best way to sell the estate contents. Some particularly valuable items may be best sold at an auction for example.
- Learning what your goal is for the estate and after the sale. Do you want the house simply emptied out at the end or have something else in mind?
Costs
Estate sales work on a percentage basis depending on the total sales. After the sale, we will total the proceeds of everything sold and pay you out within 10 days or less.
- Total Sales Comission Rate
- $10,000 and below 50%
- $10,001 – $15,000 45%
- $15,001 – $20,000 40%
- $20,001 – $30,000 35%
- $30,001 + 30%
